CNC Programmers:

CNC Setup: Milling and Turning Department

Must be able to setup, troubleshoot and make minor program edits.
Ability to work with little supervision
Make detailed setup logs, be neat and organized
Inspection of Parts
Knowledge of GD&T
CMM experience a plus

Manual Machinist:

Program, Setup and Operate Bridgeport with Proto-Trak CNC control
Hardinge Chucker and Hardinge Tool Makers Lathe
Make Jigs and Fixtures
Some Surface Grinding
Make detailed setup logs, be neat and organized
Inspection of Parts
Knowledge of GD&T
CMM experience a plus
